The plan

  • A structured and progressive system to really develop your Strength.
  • There are options to do this as a 3, 4 or 5 day a week programme.
  • The set workouts take all the guess work out of training and gives you full structure to your training.
  • The development days in this programme are to develop your strength and the stimulation days are used to maintain all your other qualities of strength and fitness.
  • Get a new 6RM PB in your deadlift, squat and overhead press.
