- Weights calculator based of your initial strength
- This isn’t an endurance programme. You will lift heavy weights and you will get stronger.
The plan
- A structured and progressive system to really develop your Strength.
- There are options to do this as a 3, 4 or 5 day a week programme.
- The set workouts take all the guess work out of training and gives you full structure to your training.
- The development days in this programme are to develop your strength and the stimulation days are used to maintain all your other qualities of strength and fitness.
- Get a new 6RM PB in your deadlift, squat and overhead press.
